Brow Envy at Cartel is run by two very talented young women who strive for perfection in every eyebrow.  Summer and Sarah graduated from Goldenwest College, then continued to school at MUD (Makeup Designory School) in Burbank, California.  They are Anastasia Trained Estheticians, who use a unique method of measuring and stencils to shape the brows.  They also offer facial waxing and eyelash extensions.
